Indian Springs Ranch: One of the Best in Jackson Hole

Indian Springs Ranch is one of the best in Jackson Hole! Private yet central, mountain views yet close enough to the resort! Include a trail system for hiking, cross-country, and horses and access to fly-fishing and you really do not need to leave the ranch!best in jackson hole

Set back from HWY 22, Indian Springs Ranch sits on Boyles Hill, a rolling hill right in the center of Jackson Hole. With only two other buttes (West and East Buttes) and a couple smaller hills that jut up in the middle of the valley, Boyles Hill provides great views of the area. One of our current listings, Eagle Crest Lodge, is located on the west side of Boyles Hill and boasts great open views to the West, including the Grand Teton.

Indian Springs Ranch is centrally located in Jackson Hole. It’s about 5 minutes to the town of Jackson and another 12 to our infamous ski resort, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (which recently got 8 inches of new snow by the way!) There are actually two ways to enter the ranch, depending on where you want to go (no one else has this easy access to both west and south of town without having to go through town).indian springs ranch

The lot sizes in Indian Springs Ranch are at least 5 acres which allows plenty of room for wandering wildlife. Furthermore, the entire ranch has a conservation easement which allows the feel of wide open spaces. There really is no sitting on top of each other as you would find in the town of Jackson.

While living on the West Bank might be the more desirable area due to its close proximity to the Resort and ease of access to GTNP in the summer, it really does not have the same views as the rest of the valley. The short end of the stick for the West Bank is that it is just too close to the mountains. Indian Springs Ranch is a brand name subdivision in Jackson, similar to West Bank subdivisions like Crescent H or John Dodge, but has MUCH better views of the mountains!

And unlike the Buttes, Indian Springs Ranch is not as steep and the roads are not as weather dependent. Bar B Y, Spring Creek, and Gros Ventre North subdivisions have much steeper, and sometimes slicker roads, in the winter.

Indian Springs Ranch truly is one of the best in Jackson Hole! It has it all! And our Eagle Crest Lodge is one of the most expansive homes you can buy in the valley, including over 12,000ft in the main house and guest house combined! Come see what you are missing at Indian Springs Ranch!
